Terror of Tallahassee begins October 1, 2021. Masks should be worn and six feet between visitors must be maintained. There will be less tickets this year to accommodate safety regulations. Tickets are $22-25.

The Pumpkin Patch at United Methodist Church, every Saturday in October, from 10 AM to 3 PM. Admission is free. More information at TallyConnection and UMC’s Facebook page.


Trivia with Hank at the Crum Box Gastgarden will happen on October 29, 2021. It will begin at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $20.

Township is hosting an Octoberfest on October 16, 2021. There will be German beer, bratwurst, chicken legs, and games. Tickets are $15.

The 33rd annual Dog-o-Ween, hosted by Star 98.9, will be held at Tom Brown Park. it will be held on October 29. Registration begins at 11 AM with judging at noon. It is $10 to enter one dog in the competition. More information on what your dog needs is available on the website.


Moon Over Maclay is a concert hosted by the Friends of Maclay Gardens on October 17 at 6 PM. Tickets are $10-25 and need to be reserved in advance. Legendary trumpet player Longineu Parsons will headline and the opening act is Tremura and Lee.

The Tallahassee Museum’s Zoobilee 2021 is taking place on October 29 starting at 7 PM. This is the museum’s premier fundraiser. There will be live music from Red Shirt Freshmen, food from local restaurants, and an open bar. Tickets are $45-50. Fancy dress is hoped for.

The movie night at the ballpark is back on October 29. The feature movie is Hocus Pocus. Tickets are $10. Guests need to bring their own blankets. Seating will be on the field (and spread out).


The FSU Flying High Circus Halloween Show will begin at 7:00 PM on the circus grounds. There will be several shows, October 29-30 and November 4-5. Tickets cost $6-18. There are limited free tickets for FSU students.



Tallahassee Paintball Sports is doing a Zombie Shoot. Tickets can be reserved in advance.


FAMU’s homecoming game against Grambling State University will occur on October 30, 2021. The game will be played at Bragg Stadium in Tallahassee.


The Over Under Bar in Midtown is hosting a Halloween party on October 30. It will begin at 4 PM and end at 2 AM. There will also be a costume contest at midnight.

Cap City Video Lounge is having a movie showcase (Halloween after Dark) on October 31 beginning at 9 PM. Tickets are $5.

 

Non-Tallahassee Events

Havana’s Pumpkin Fest is occurring on October 9 beginning at 10 AM. Tickets are $2-3.

Universal is bringing back Halloween Horror Nights. It will run through October 31, 2021. With Covid-19, there will still be some restrictions and less tickets available.



Octoberfest at Springhill Farm on October 29-30 features a hayride, pumpkin chunkin’ from a 20 foot trebuchet, a maze, flower picking, and BBQ. Tickets are $8-10.

The Great Pumpkin Luminights will be showing until October 31, 2021 at Wild Adventures in Valdosta, Georgia. There are occasional deals for tickets for $25 a day, but normally tickets are closer to $45-50.


Panama City Beach’s Octoberfest has been canceled.

Busch Gardens in Tampa is hosting Howl o’ Scream is occurring through October 31, 2021. Tickets begin at $41.
